I am currently recruiting Service Desk Agents (German-speaking) to work on an initial 3 months contract, with options to extend thereafter, based on performance.
This is a 100% remote position, however, you must be currently located in Poland.
Here is the day to day tasks for the Service Desk Agent (German speaking):
- Establishing and maintaining an excellent customer relationship,
- Performing administrative tasks, performing documentation.
- Partner Support, IT assistance,
- Telephone and e-mail contact with the company's international customers,
- Solving IT problems
Requirements for the Service Desk Agent (German Speaking):
- Fluent German language, spoken and written
- IT experience/knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Windows OS X
- My client will provide you with training.
