Description

I am currently recruiting Service Desk Agents (German-speaking) to work on an initial 3 months contract, with options to extend thereafter, based on performance.

This is a 100% remote position, however, you must be currently located in Poland.

Here is the day to day tasks for the Service Desk Agent (German speaking):

  • Establishing and maintaining an excellent customer relationship,
  • Performing administrative tasks, performing documentation.
  • Partner Support, IT assistance,
  • Telephone and e-mail contact with the company's international customers,
  • Solving IT problems

Requirements for the Service Desk Agent (German Speaking):

  • Fluent German language, spoken and written
  • IT experience/knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Windows OS X
  • My client will provide you with training.
