Tank have been engaged to recruit Service Desk Analysts/First Line Support contractors for a key client of ours based in Southampton. This is a great opportunity to work for a forward thinking organisation to help further your IT career.

Experience Required:

  • Logging and tracking calls
  • Moving tickets through the queue
  • Remote and desk-side support
  • Remote installation of software
  • Understanding of Windows OS 7/10
  • Understanding of ITIL Environment
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
