Experience Required:
- Logging and tracking calls
- Moving tickets through the queue
- Remote and desk-side support
- Remote installation of software
- Understanding of Windows OS 7/10
- Understanding of ITIL Environment
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Great communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
