Project enables stores to pick and pack E-commerce orders from stock located within stores.

Client will be sending kit to stores directly, providing store managers/Store nominee with a set up guide' that would see the store unboxing the kit, plugging in the correct cables, logging into the Surface Device and leaving to build (via Intune).

The support required would be:

Assist stores with queries related to Physical set up of kit (via telephone & Email).

Assist stores with queries during the build' of the kit. This build happens automatically via InTune, however if stores run into Errors there are some basic troubleshooting steps that can be followed.

liaise with Ste Malem (intune support) if Surface Devices do not build as expected

Once Surface device build is complete, remote into Surface device and complete:

o Complete initial checks to ensure build has completed as expected

o Necessary config changes to Zebra printer

o Initial testing (including access to ShipStation, Zebra Printer configuration & A4 printer test print)

Support stores go live - being the point of contact via email when store have an issue during initial set up. This could be email address dedicated to this project in particular, this would ensure that queries are not going directly to the individual in the future.
