BI Transformation Lead
Contract Opportunity
Based in Berkshire, but remote-ways of working currently
Exciting interim opportunity to work for a customer driven mobile brand, looking to transform their infrastructure and environment into how a data driven business needs to be. Reporting into the Head of Big Data & AI, you'll need to be an SME and Transformation leader, with a proven background in leading the transformation of a business into one that is a user of information.
You'll need to thrive on working closely with areas of the business as well as the Head of Information BP, and a Chief Data Scientist, to ensure you are able to tackle your key duties:
- Business BI and Visualisation Transformation
- Lead the development of new working relationship with business in shaping BI and Visualisation needs, across all businesses. Shifting the thinking from reports to UX/UI information engagement thinking
- Design Thinking process Embedded into the way we engage the business
- Drive the BI and Visualisation Products development, ie Business unit specific set of BI Products
- Support the deployment of Self-Serve model
- Aligning with internal teams, bridging the resources between the organisation and BI
Experience Required:
- Deep understanding of BI and Visualisation, and product development
- Proven background in leading BI and Visualisation transformation
- Experience in shaping change within an organisation
- Tableau experience
- Experience within Telecommunications would be beneficial
- Need to have developed visualisation products
