Job location: Hague, Netherlands
Type: Contract
Rate: EUR/Day(Negotiable)
Job Summary o Manage software testing projects and resources
Responsibilities o Formulate / review software testing strategies
o Manage software testing processes and develop the internal QA team
o (Recruit, train, allocate and monitor)
o Review business / software requirements and provide inputs.
o Prepare / review test plans.
o Analyze test results and test metrics in a central dashboard
o Prepare / review / present test reports.
o Ensure test automation is in place throughout the lifecycle of the release
o Maintains all the automated tests and end-to-end tests
Requirements o Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
o 10+ years of relevant work experience
o In-depth knowledge of state-of-the art software testing principles
o In-depth experience with modern test automation frameworks such as Squish (preferably) and Selenium
o In-depth experience with BDD tools such as SpecFlow (preferably) and Cucumber
o Experience with System-Integration testing tools such as FitNesse
o In-depth experience with OOP scripting/development tools such as
Python
o Experience with embedding automated testing in software
development pipelines
o Strong view on the value of early testing (up to BDD)
o Ability to translate requirements from the stakeholders into testable requirements
o Experience in testing a technical (server/back-end) software
application is a prerequisite
o Agile
o Knowledge of and experience with working in scaled Agile software projects (pref. SAFe, recent version)
Knowledge of and experience with Agile scrum processes
o Continuous Improvement mindset, applying modern Software Engineering practices to enhance quality
o Proficiency in written and spoken English
o Coordination and leadership skills
o Project Management skills
