Product Support Specialist (Attend Anywhere) - Remote Work - NHS
VIQU Recruitment are supporting a Welsh NHS Trust who are urgently looking for a Product Specialist to join them on a contractual basis until 31st March 2021.
The successful applicant will become the technical specialist for a bespoke application known as Attend Anywhere'. This is a video consulting application that enables people to have health and social care appointments from home or wherever is convenient.
This role is fully remote and does not require any travel to site. The successful Product Support Specialist will receive full in-depth training on the application. Once up to speed, they will then work alongside/report directly to the Programme Manager, as this is rolled out across NHS Wales; liaising with and supporting numerous project teams and departments.
You will be expected to:
- Provide advice and information, in some cases complex issues, on all areas relating to Attend Anywhere
- Assist in day to day issues relating to the application (Support, bug fix, resolve inconsistencies and complex issues)
- Inform the development and configuration of Attend Anywhere to reflect user requirements and workflow
- Provide support, guidance and training for project teams and staff across sites and across disciplines
- Support in promoting the effective use of Attend Anywhere, providing user support and expert advice to a range of individuals and groups
Key Skills:
- Experience in an IT Support function (1st/2nd line)
- Demonstrable experience of testing and validating information systems
- Experience of working as part of a team across software development, training and implementation environments
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Quick to pick up processes
- Able to create and present training material
- IT competent and able to use Video conferencing applications
- MS Teams and outlook knowledge would be useful.
- Any experience Supporting Clinical applications or Video Conferencing applications would be a distinct advantage.
- Welsh and English Speaking would be desirable
