My client is a leading consultancy company working on a long term project with a banking client based in Luxembourg.
They are currently looking to hire a QA lead to work on the creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements to ensure all software is delivered at the highest quality.
Role
- Manage the defined QA processes to ensure all standards are met
- Can be assigned as QA representative on complex application development or maintenance projects
- Team leader responsible for determining and managing the work of other QA representatives, plus coaching and mentoring junior members of the team to best practices
- Determines QA Work Breakdown Structure components for team members
- Participate in release meetings for maintenance and development projects ensuring all platform requirements are met
- Analyze project or requirement documents to identify test requirements
Nice to have
- IT support experience
- PMI/PMP or Price 2 certification
- Mutual funds business knowledge
- Infrastructure knowledge (Unix/Linux, TCP/IP routing, Firewalls etc.)
