Junior Architect - Verint Media Recording - Banking
A leading Global Bank, are currently looking for a Junior Architect with Verint Media Recording knowledge for an initial 6-month contract based in London, paying between to £ per day via an Umbrella.
Role Summary
. Global delivery experience within a highly regulated environment is essential
. Experience in one or more areas of Unified Communications or Trader Voice is essential
. Experience of working within HSBC is highly desirable
. Experience of a complex, fast paced change environment is essential
. The Trade Floor candidate/s will be part of a team implementing and engineering an enterprise trader voice solution using BT Turrets, Verint Recording, SpeakerBus intercom and Flexenet Private Wire. The remainder of the engineers will be part of an ever greening/upgrade programme
Experience/Knowledge
. Work with the Technical Lead to define and schedule the list of technical tasks, and track technical risks, dependencies and issues for the project.
. Provide technical consultancy at all stages of delivery.
. Produce specifications for both technical and business audiences.
. Provide expertise in other technologies as part of the overall solution eg relational databases and web services.
. Responsible for creating detailed architecture designs for next generation media recording (voice technologies) and creating engineering guidelines for enhancements based on current production deployments.
. In scope technologies: trader-voice (Verint; BT Trading; Speaker Bus intercom) plus IP telephony; Video and Instant Messaging recording
. Architect would be responsible for maintaining path to chosen deployment model, sizing systems, estimating bandwidth and the design impacts of features, capabilities and additional applications.
. Ideal, hands-on experience in call control, IP routing, VOIP deployments and SIP Trunking are necessary.
. Experience with BT Trading turrets, Speaker bus intercom, Verint Voice Recording.
. The candidate should have experience with mobile voice recording strategies.
. Experience translating business requirements and Legacy technical configurations into various platforms.
. Standard Voice: Knowledge and experience with Cisco CUCM and Genesys Contact Centre.
. Ideal knowledge of Zoom audio recording.
