Systems Administrator/DevOps Engineer | AWS | £pd | SW London
A rapidly expanding hospitality technology company is looking for a DevOps engineer to join their team and help in supporting the business.
As System Administrator/DevOps Engineer you'll be working in an AWS environment working with IIS, SQL, Powershell, looking at the networking and Firewalls to name just a couple. You will be responsible for the administration of all the business systems inc, upgrades and availability issues - all the Internet and phones are outsourced. There will also be an element of 1st/2nd line support involved, providing help with any basic user problems.
This is a great position for someone who is an experienced SysAdmin, keen to take the step towards DevOps Engineering, or someone with some DevOps experience who is keen to further their skills in a company where they can really influence the direction the company takes DevOps best practices.
Required Experience:
- 3yrs+ SysAdmin experience
- Microsoft SQL Server DBA
- AWS environment
- Windows Server and Linux
- Hands on with ISS, Active Directory, PowerShell & SQL Scripting
- Windows/Mac desktop troubleshooting skills
- 1st Line Helpdesk support
- Office 365 management and support of Office Suites
DevOps Tooling (experience not required):
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
- Terraform
This role will be initially 3 months offering between £450 and £550pd (outside IR35)
