We are recruiting for a valuable customer who we have placed with previously. They want to spin up a PoC Project for Google Anthos and they have requested a Google Anthos Specialist (Architect/Engineer).Available to interview immediately
Fully remote role
Details we have at the moment:
Google Anthos PoC Project
Customer: Automotive
Scope: Start with Private Cloud / On-Premise Environment
Start of the project Q1 (currently 6 months contract)
Raw tasks description (not exhaustive)
a. Design of scalable hardware stack
b. Installation/Configuration Software Stack
c. Integration into the VW network, connection to public cloud
d. Workload Migration ach Anthos
e. Operation of the container platform
f. SWOT analysis compared to other stacks (OpenStack, OpenShift)
Skills/Candidate is required to demonstrate:
a. Strong Google Anthos experience: someone who has experience creating the software and architecture
b. Google Cloud Project Track Record as a Cloud Architect/Engineer with architecture designing experience; you need to have experience with rolling out Anthos on a private cloud
c. Google Cloud Architect/Engineer Certification
d. Multi Cloud Experience
Wok model: planned 100% remote work: because this is a private cloud, the architect will never touch physical hardware, so we wouldn't expect the consultant to show up on site
In case the amount of work is larger than expected, the contract will get extended. Potentially a long time DevOps operational contract is negotiable.
