MHC are an award-winning IT and Business Consultancy, specialising in Change Management initiatives, which we deliver working in a collaborative way with our Clients.

We are currently working on a wide variety of assignments that include some major Digital Transformation initiatives, Regulatory and Compliance Programmes and Tools adoption projects where we are providing specialist technical and business services to a client base of primarily Tier 1 clients.

Key Activities:

  • Creation of data maps of existing data usage across current tool sets

  • Understand and interpretation of User Journeys to map required data in tools

  • Data architecture development

  • Definition of Data taxonomies, hierarchies and governance frameworks

  • Stakeholder engagement to develop existing artefacts in a clear interpretation of Data usage across each business and function

  • Building requirements for a Delivery & Transformation Data Lake

  • Obtain internal data approvals for tooling and data model.

Experience & Skills:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team who can take responsibility for:

  • 2-5 years Data analysis experience

  • 2-5 years Business analysis experience

  • Qlik sense experience an advantage

  • Clarity/Rally/JIRA experience essential

  • Escalate as necessary to keep the program running on track.

  • Practical and theoretical knowledge of Agile frameworks

  • Project Management skills (project planning and tracking; issues identification and management; project status reporting)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Group standard tools (Clarity, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders (internal as well as external)

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure, deal with competing priorities

  • Excellent decision making & problem solving skills. Ability to work on own initiative and being proactive.

  • Excellent organizational & prioritizing skills
