MHC are an award-winning IT and Business Consultancy, specialising in Change Management initiatives, which we deliver working in a collaborative way with our Clients.
We are currently working on a wide variety of assignments that include some major Digital Transformation initiatives, Regulatory and Compliance Programmes and Tools adoption projects where we are providing specialist technical and business services to a client base of primarily Tier 1 clients.
Key Activities:

Creation of data maps of existing data usage across current tool sets

Understand and interpretation of User Journeys to map required data in tools
-
Data architecture development
-
Definition of Data taxonomies, hierarchies and governance frameworks
-
Stakeholder engagement to develop existing artefacts in a clear interpretation of Data usage across each business and function

Building requirements for a Delivery & Transformation Data Lake
-
Obtain internal data approvals for tooling and data model.
Experience & Skills:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team who can take responsibility for:

2-5 years Data analysis experience
-
2-5 years Business analysis experience
-
Qlik sense experience an advantage
-
Clarity/Rally/JIRA experience essential
-
Escalate as necessary to keep the program running on track.

Practical and theoretical knowledge of Agile frameworks
-
Project Management skills (project planning and tracking; issues identification and management; project status reporting)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office, Group standard tools (Clarity, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA)

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders (internal as well as external)

Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure, deal with competing priorities
-
Excellent decision making & problem solving skills. Ability to work on own initiative and being proactive.
