Contract Desktop Support Engineer - £p/day - 3 months - Manchester CC
Lorein Global is working in partnership with one of our software house clients in Manchester. This organisation is looking to add an experienced Desktop Support Engineer into their team on a contract basis for a busy time of the year.
Your role is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the business, providing support to the UK & EMEA desktop estate. You'll based in Manchester mainly supporting their UK operations.
To be successful candidates must have a blend of the following experience:
- Strong background supporting Windows and Mac OS
- Good knowledge of full Microsoft Office suite
- Familiar with general network troubleshooting (VPN/Wi-Fi/LAN)
- Understanding of general desktop equipment (Printers/Scanners/Laptops/Desktops)
- Understanding of SCCM
