Change Management Lead - iManage - Birmingham & Remote
Change Management Lead required for our leading client based in Birmingham, due to COVID, remote work will be encouraged however when possible this role will be based in Birmingham with some travel to Cardiff and London.
You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans to maximise adoption.
Key Skills,
- Hands on lead change management experience within the legal sector
- iManage document management platform and implementations
- Large scale organisational change
- Change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Clear verbal, written and presentation communication skills to a variety of audiences
- Previous experience working with a global organisation
- Effective leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to influence others and move towards a common goal
Key Responsibilities,
- Lead change management and apply a structured methodology
- Conduct change impact assessments
- Integrate change management activities into programme plan
- Manage stakeholders and ensure awareness of change activities
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Support training efforts: work closely with the Training Team to provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training
- Identify and manage resistance
- Track and report issues
- Measure success metrics and monitor the progress of change
