Purpose of the assignment:
Project: Multiple
Mission: The heart of the mission is to produce the "Solution Architecture" projects; the function reports directly to IT Architect
Within the IT department, take charge in agreement with the IT Architecture team (IT Architect, CISO & DPO):
* Challenge the design and implementation of the solutions needed by the department AND projects
* Produce the Solution Architecture documents taking into account the architectural strategy and the time, scope and budget limitations of each project.
* Collaborate with IT Architect to produce technical architecture across the entire service and platform.
* Propose and respect the revision of the directives put in place by the architects and other IT collaborators.
* Support the coordination of the deployment with the operating teams (eg: Change Advisory Board)
* Participate in the production of technical specifications
* Follow up on system and integration validations.
* Establish/write the definition of the documentation required at all stages of the solution's life cycles (see COBIT)
* Ensure the production and coordination of part of this technical documentation
* Communicate concepts and recommendations to a technical and non-technical audience in simple and appropriate language.
* Communicate with the IT architect and other technical architects to understand the architectural constraints to be respected
* Communicate with business analysts and application architects to understand specifications and designs that form the basis of the implementation.
In addition, the consultant will be able to give colleagues advice and coaching in the above tasks.
Expected start date: January 2021
Senior profile with a minimum of 5 years of useful experience in a similar function.
* Architectural experience in the SAP ecosystem (S4Hana, CRM, C4C, OpenText, Asset Management, PM)
* Ability to develop and structure functional specifications and functional preliminary studies relevant to the selection of the appropriate technical architecture.
* Functional knowledge of SAP
* Experience in different approaches to integrating heterogeneous systems (SAP AND non-SAP)
* Master French or Dutch and have at least a passive knowledge of the other language
* A good knowledge of written English is required as all documentation is written in English.
The following points are an asset:
* Experience in the utilities sectors
* Knowledge of methodologies such as BPMN, Archimate
* Experience in integration of LEGACY systems
* Azure cloud experience
* Microsoft .NET and SQL server experience
* Experience of incremental deployment (no big bang) of central point-to-point integrated systems.
* Experience in operating an IT department based on COBIT and ITIL is an asset
