Ihre Aufgaben:
- Successful definition and implementation of a the billing strategy and upgrade to realtime
- Collect and describe functional and technical requirements for the billing upgrade project
- Facilitate workshops with vendor, product development and IT
- Support the project phases (RFQ, vendor selection, migration, upgrade to realtime) with appropriate workshops and documentation
- Provide experience and knowledge about current billing systems with realtime capabilities
- Responsible for successful progress of billing upgrade
- Provide experience with advanced rating and billing features
Ihre Qualifikation
- Kenan BP 11.7 features and functionality or similar billing systems
- Prepaid billing systems, preferable OPSC
- Experience with advanced rating and billing requirements from product development and marketing
- Experience with requirement gathering phases
- Experience with realtime for postpaid
- Experience and knowledge of a wide variety of different billing systems (Amdocs CES 8, Huawei billing, Convergys, Comverse ONE, Intec, Oracle billing, Ericsson/LHS)
