The Records Manager/Knowledge Information Manager will support the business in meeting their compliance obligations with regards to identifying and appraising records for suitability for transfer to The National Archives (TNA).
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Understanding of Knowledge Information Management (KIM) techniques and relevant tools and processes, to ensure the effective use and exploitation of information
Understanding of the Public Records Act and the National Archives
Strong experience of working with others including good interpersonal and communication skills
High level of IT proficiency
Report writing skills
Experience of working in an information or records management environment
Experience of change management
Experience of PRA appraisals and submissions
Please note that SC+ (SC Enhanced) security clearance is required - all applicants must be eligible for this level of clearance if not already held.
