Job Role: SC CLEARED - 2nd Line Support
Location: Onsite, London
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: up to £200 PD neg.
Vertex IT Solutions is currently looking for a SC Cleared engineer who is immediately available to start a contract located in London. You will be responsible for 2nd Line point of contact regarding support for c25,000 users.
To be successful in the position you will require the following experience:
- Current/Valid SC Security Clearance
- Extensive experience of administering Office 365
- Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and iOS is essential
- Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders/VIP level support
- Exchange (message tracing, managing malware incidents)
- Sharepoint (create a team site)
- Azure (dynamic Security Groups)
- Powershell (create and execute scripts)
- SFB
