Business Analyst - eComms/Voice Surveillance - Remote
Our client urgently requires a Business Analyst with eComms/Voice Surveillance experience. To liaise with the Compliance Surveillance team for prioritisation and planning around the implementation of new features or expansion of the population under surveillance, coordinating testing and tracking issues. Contribute to the design of alternate end-to-end solutions for automated voice surveillance, leveraging existing recording and surveillance solutions and projects where appropriate. Liaise with internal technical teams and with the vendor where appropriate to understand and plan.

- Experience of implementing at least one eComms Surveillance system
- Experience of working with some aspect of Voice Technology (eg recording, transcription, surveillance)
- Experience of working with third-party vendors
- Experience of working closely with development teams
- Experience of working on regulatory-driven projects
- Experience of building strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience of planning and coordinating application testing
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets Products
- knowledge of current Market Abuse regulations
