Description
I am currently looking for a HCM Integration Architect for an international consultancy located in France. The customer is looking for someone who can be available to start ASAP on a long term freelance contract. HCM Integration Architect is responsible to support HCM Program on technical integration and architecture aspects and is responsible to ensure HCM Program is delivered with compliance to Leclient architecture standards.Your main responsibilities include:
- Providing expertise and guidance to HCM TEN Program team about integration technology and middleware layers to consider, API connectivity
- Collaborating closely with HCM TEN team to ensure that the defined architecture and technologies considered for each interface will meet functional requirements in terms of data volume, run frequency, data validation, error management
- Supporting the delivery end to end, from design to cutover, providing expertise on all build phases and support troubleshooting when necessary.
Must haves:
- HR Domain knowledge
- Understanding of PowerBI or Oracle Analytics
- Fusion HCM data model and API knowledge
- Oracle HCM Data Model and API knowledge
- REST/SOAP API development knowledge
- Experience of motivating and managing team performance in delivering to agreed timelines
- Technical skills in for various integration technologies
