Urgent opening for MDM L2 for our client in France
Job type: Contract
Job location: Marseille, France (Remote support unless Covid situation is under control)
Rate : 350 EUR/Day (Negotiable)
MDM: End to end knowledge on Workspace One Console Management.
• Understanding on administration for Components installed in Customer environment like:
o VMware Cloud Connectoro Proxy (WinR2 2012 or UAG)o UAG for VPN & Tunnel
• Mobile Content Managemento Configure device capabilities for personal & corporate data to securely co-exist on same device.
o Content Gateway & Associated Content Endpoint location.
• Knowledge on VMware – Unified Access Gateway server administration.
• Responsible for device inventory in the Workspace One environment and performing routine activities of the Workspace One system components.
• Understanding on maintaining of the Workspace One Installation and configuration systems at the client's with level 3 support help if required.
• Understanding on the Network requirement for the components installed On-Prem or Customer cloud tenant.
• Enforce mobile device policies and procedures in the MDM Workspace One environment.
• Mobile Application Management or MAMo Allow/block/quarantine access to blacklisted applications.
o Should have knowledge on VPP application management.
o Provide support for publishing mobile applications into the Workspace One Application Catalog and help deployment of those applications.
o Should have expertise on Application Deployment, Upgrades and Application removal on all major platforms.
o Monitor for application compliance and configure auto enforcement policy to fix.
• Provide a platform for Mobile device environment including coordination with third parties and other teams within client ecosystem as needed.
• Enable employee self-activation of corporate and personal devices
• Provide services for real time cost management and policy enforcement
• Provide device alerts and warnings for overages and roaming (If telecom polices are enforced).
• Provide authorized employees secure access to approved third party and private applications
• Mobile Device Management or MDM
o Manage and maintain MDM platform and underlying infrastructure:
o Manage legacy infrastructure in compliance with MDM solutions.
o Manage cloud changes, Manage Certificate /PKI Managemento BYOD, Wifi Certificates & VPN
• Modern Authentication
• MIM Provide ability to enforce security and policy through role-based models.
• Provide self-service to enrol devices with authentication for secure provisioning
• Contribute to MDM capabilities development and improvement for a Persona Orientation Model
• Well Versed with Reports (Customized & Inbuilt)Requirements:
• WorkspaceOne Professional Certification preferred + Minimum Five years of relevant work experience with mobile devices.
• Microsoft Office 365 MCSA certification preferred
• Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android devices
• Understanding of VIP support (Special/Privileged) users/devices.
• Experience Windows server installation and maintenance
• Good knowledge on certificate-based profile deploy
