Description

Programme Support Manager (Telecom experience)

Need someone who is self-driven, excellent completer finisher, and has exacting eye for detail. Must be able to work to tight deadlines to ensure programme data is up to date at all times. Must be able to build robust productive relationships across the programme team.

Tasks include but not limited to:

  • Producing & maintaining Programme plan in MS Project & Visio
  • Updating and maintaining Programme budget pack
  • Management of monthly WD8 activities for Core programme team
  • Maintaining alignment of Programme finances across Programme budget pack and Clarity
  • Alignment of projects within programme to reporting/reforecasting timelines/processes
  • Attending twice weekly PRB, taking actions and maintaining RAID
  • Timely and accurate comms to programme team
  • Management of PCRs in accordance with guidance from OPMO
  • Preparation of Perform reporting for Programme Manager review
  • Liaison with OPMO on process & adherence to programme methodology

Familiarity with TUK Network/OPMO processes preferable
