Project Manager - Large Scale Data Migration and Cutover 6 months Outside IR35Experienced Data Migration and Cutover Project Manager required by this global organisation.
There are two broad areas of accountability for this role
1. Data Migration - the migration and reconciliation of agreed data objects from the Legacy systems to the new system.
2. Cutover - to plan, manage and deliver all aspects of the business and systems cutover (incl. data migration) from the Legacy systems to the new system.
The key deliverables to support the Programme are:
Data migration strategy and plan
Data migration requirements, solution design, development, testing and implementation
Cutover strategy and plan
Cutover process executed with data migrated, reconciled and signed-off by the Programme Board
Reporting - transparent and regular reports of status, finances, risks and issues
Experience Required (must be clearly and concisely detailed on CV)
Recent experience (within the last 2 years) of planning and delivering large scale data migration solutions in a complex environment
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation
High level of attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organisation
Able to develop effective working relationships
Self-motivated with a sense of accountability for tasks and decisions
Flexible and able to work in a fast paced changing environment
