Description

IOS Developer required to work on a remote basis as part of a global brand development team. The world is becoming an ever more connected space with innovation in this space moving at space. We have been a leading name with consumers and commercial users across the developed world for decades.

Smart homes, Transport, Retail experience, and labour saving devices are all set to continue their journey to become smarter and our Development team is at the forefront of this space developing mobile applications that can control a host of our products and through IFTTT and our partnership programs (Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Drop, innit and others) many other devices.

Our Development team is a small remote working function spread across the UK and Europe we currently have a huge pipeline of backlogged work this contract could be the start of a longer-term partnership. As a highly autonomous role you will be expected to manage your time and with success being measured on outcomes directly focused on the improvement of the companies App enhancing UX and functionality.

Given the need to hit the floor running we are seeking a seasoned native IOS Developer well versed in the following technologies and methodologies.

  • Experience with XCode
  • Extensive development experience with Swift
  • Experience with API consumption and JSON
  • Familiarity with the full SW development life cycle
  • Version control (Git or similar) and deployment technologies
  • Understanding of SW quality assurance methods and techniques

Desirable:

  • RxSwift
  • RxAlamofire
