ServiceNow Business Analyst/Scrum Master - SC Cleared
We are looking for an SC Cleared ServiceNow Business Analyst/Scrum Master to work on a remote project with our client on an initial 3 month basis with a start date of Monday 11th January 2021.
Please note - the successful candidate MUST have active SC Clearance in place to start the project.
Key Skills
- Experience in at least one major ServiceNow delivery.
- Experience of Service Management implementation/transformation programs as a business analyst - this can include other tool sets (such as BMC Remedy, HP SM etc.).
- Experience of taking ownership for core ServiceNow module delivery with minimal management support.
- Service Management IT industry knowledge, ITIL aware (Foundation minimum).
- ServiceNow certification is advantageous.
