Our client is a rapidly expanding developer of cloud-based, E-commerce and Data Integration platforms.
Due to an ongoing increase in demand for their services, they now require an additional Application Support Analyst to join their team.
Working closely with software developers, the role involves providing solutions, technical support and a great service to customers who require assistance with their applications.
To succeed, you will need to have experience providing technical support for hosted applications using IIS and Windows Server. You will also need experience working with SQL Server and SQL Databases and have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
It would be beneficial if you had experience of developing software in C# .NET.
