Network Support Team contract in Northampton
For my reputable client I am looking for an experienced Network Support Leader or Manager to lead a team of Engineers and deal with internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers.
Location - Northampton
Job type - Contract, 3 months
Rate - £450 - £520 per day
Key skills for this role are:
- Team leadership skills with technical background or experience
- Experience of managing large WAN (Vodaphone experience is an advantage)
- Experience of a cloud telephone and call center systems
- Data Center Converged LAN management (Cisco Nexus and Foritage experience an advantage)
- Providing network design/change service/problem identification to other IT teams and direct to businesses
- Able to identify and deliver service improvements, support projects
- Supplier and billing management
- Experienced in working as a service for internal IT Customers/Business and able to communicate at all levels
- Experience in cloud services connectivity
- SDWAN experience an advantage
