IT Service Desk Analyst - Immediate Start
3 - 6 month contract - York
£150 per day

Exciting opportunity in York to join a busy Help Desk for a respected Financial Services business. This is busy inbound helpdesk role dealing with a variety of tickets across a busy, predominantly Microsoft based estate. Would suit candidates with 12 months+ IT experience in Helpdesk, Services Desk, IT Technician or similar roles.

Technical Skills

You will have experience of supporting users with technologies including:

  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange/Outlook/Office/Office 365
  • VMWare
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Anti-Virus
  • Voice Systems/Telephony
Key duties
Delivering great customer service, this role is not phone based, the role will focus on processing tickets and resolving issues as promptly as possible and in accordance with their Service Level Agreement (SLA).
