On behalf of our client, an international finance institute located in Prague, we are looking for an external resource with skills and abilities as stated below:

We are looking for Agile Coach/Scrum Master to join within the Energy Systems Engineering Unit. Our client has a cross-location mission critical unit with Infrastructure and Platform responsibilities. Having different roles and profiles blended within, Energy Systems Engineering unit bears operational responsibilities towards external customer. This person should highly contribute to agile transformation of our team and ensure coherence with our Scrum based development. Our clients challenging environment requires Agile expertise and offers great potential of development and experience.
What do we expect?
Must to have:
- Working experience 3+ years with agile development frameworks (Kanban, Scrum)
- Must have prior Agile Coach|| Scrum Master experience
- Must have prior Operations or platform team experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence.
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
Nice to have:
- Professional certifications regarding Agile or Project Management.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working in geographically distributed teams.
- Understanding of resource management, project management, release management, SWDL, DevOps principles
Primary responsibilities:
- Serve as Agile Coach (Scrum-Ban Master) for Systems Engineering Unit.
- Organize and facilitate Refinement, Retrospective and One-on-one meetings with the team
- Consult on improved synergy between Development, Operations and Systems Engineering units considering mission and objectives.
- Reinforce Agile values and practices.
- Use coaching and encouragement to continuously improve agility in mission critical environment.
- Provide help to organization and management.

- Initial contract duration : Q1 with possible extensions until the end of the year

- Location: Prague
- This position can be done remotely with occasional visits of the team if needed.
