Description
Cloud Consulting has an urgent requirement for an experienced service designer to work on a large-scale digital transformation programme for a public sector department.
You will be responsible for designing the end-to-end journey of a service to help users complete their goals.
Your work will involve the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and content across both digital and offline channels.
The role can be done remotely, and sits outside of IR35 (until at least March 2021).
To be suitable you should have the following experience:
- Previous GDS experience
- Agile working
- Prototyping in code
- Ability to visualise, articulate and solve complex problems and concepts
- Make informed decisions based on user needs, available technology and value for money
