Infrastructure Project Manager required. Infrastructure Project Manager required by innovative Financial Services client in Cardiff. As Infrastructure Project Manager it is essential that you have extensive experience delivering Network and infrastructure projects, and have a proven track-recording working within enterprise environments.
The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for managing and leading network and infrastructure projects in line with defined project plans, schedules timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
Ideally the Infrastructure Project Manager will have delivered network and infrastructure projects which include a range of work streams including Windows Server Upgrades, Windows 10 Deployments, O365 Roll-Outs, Network Infrastructure upgrades, Telephony, and Storage.
Our client is also placing emphasis on candidates who are strong communicators with the ability to liaise with business people and stakeholders at all levels.
To summarise, the Infrastructure project manager will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience delivering network and infrastructure projects (Windows Server, Windows 10, O365, Telephony, Storage etc)
- Proven track record working as a Project Manager in enterprise environments
- Defining deliverables, resource requirements and project plans
- Monitoring and managing project and stage progress
- Management of project budgets and ensure the project is delivered within budget and on time
- Management and implementation of quality plans and communication plans to ensure project meets quality criteria
- Knowledge of DevOps, Automation, and Microsoft Azure is also desirable although not essential
Please note this role is deemed inside IR35 and is for an initial 6 month period (with possible extension) working on a remote basis duing the Covid-restrictions.
