Description

Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation with offices throughout Scotland, are currently looking to recruit x2 Microsoft 3rd Line Support Analyst for an initial 3 month contract on a rate of £/day (inside of IR35). This role will be remote based initially.

The Role:
The Microsoft 3rd Line Support Analyst is responsible for providing support on all aspects of the Microsoft based services including Office 365, Active Directory and Azure. They will respond to incidents and request allocated to the team within the Service Now systems. They will work with project teams to implement new or improved services based on Microsoft technologies.

Requirements:
You will have demonstrable work experience equivalent to SCQF level 7 or be educated to HNC level, or equivalent in an IT related subject.

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge and experience of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Relevant Microsoft Certification
ITIL Foundation
