O&M Engineer (Nokia Cloud, CBIS, CBAM, CBND, Nauge, Nokia 210 WBX, Nokia 7850 VSG)
Operations expert engineer Cloud Band/Nuage needed in Norway, Oslo at Client location
EU/NATO nationality needed, for security clearance
Role description
Ensure day to day operational support and maintenance on Cloud elements (Airframe hardware, CBIS, CBAM, CBND) and/or on Nuage elements (Nokia 210 WBX, Nokia 7850 VSG, VSC, VSD, ElasticSearch, Proxy, Hypervisors).
Responsibilities
Ticket handling (from any minor issue to critical issues)
Troubleshooting issues on the Cloud infrastructure (hardware problems, cloud issues)
Perform diagnostics on Cloud elements and run tests against the impacted to identify the root cause of specific trouble
Create MOP (Method of Procedure) and execute the MOPs
Responsible with implementation of the change requests in the cloud after the risk is found and impact of the change
Handle customer complaint tickets, production and problem tickets and dispatch them according to needs
Create, escalate assistance requests to Nokia CARE or vendor when required
Cloud infrastructure Alarm Analysis and support fault management escalations
Keep documentation updated
On Call duty

Expertise in Cloud Management Systems, Virtual Infrastructure Management systems and Cloud Infrastructure Management Systems
Technical and practical knowledge of various hypervisors (VMware, Xen, KVM) and their management systems, such as vSphere, Openstack etc
Familiar with cloud Scripting (YAML) or UNIX Scripting or programming languages (Python, C++)
Understanding of storage networking technologies (SAN, NAS)
Linux and Windows Server implementation and support
