I am recruiting for a Senior Infrastructure Product Specialist to be based in Cardiff.
The successful candidate will need to be situated locally, with the ability to travel daily within Mid-Glamorgan, if needed.
This role does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract. The rate quoted on the advert is the take home pay after all deductions.
You will respond to incidents, requests and problems with minimal support and handover from current engineers. You will also perform Virtual Machine Migrations between hypervisors.and be responsible for the provision of new Services, to include Virtual Machine deployment and 3PAR Volume configuration.
You must have experience of Hyper V & VMWare Virtualisation - Maintenance, Management, Debugging and Diagnostics.
Windows Server ) - Maintenance, Management, Debugging and Diagnostics is also essential.
You will also have Dell & HP Rack Server Maintenance & Hyper Converged Infrastructure (Del VXRail) expertise.
VMWare VRealise Suite and VMWare NSX are also required.
