Avaya Contact Centre Engineer [AACC configuration/Installation]

We are looking for Avaya Contact Centre Engineer to join our client's team for contract role based in UK, fully remote work until COVID and occasional visit to offices on need basis.

Essential Skills

  • AVAYA Contact Center
  • AACC configuration and installation experience is a must.
  • Thoroughly understand VoIP principles in a converged environment
  • Good knowledge of SIP QoS standard and policies. Hosted SIP
  • Strong working knowledge of Avaya Aura Unified Communications Communication Manager architecture and hands-on with latest versions.

Experience

  • Providing troubleshooting and repairs with complex distributed voice networks
  • Avaya Aura contact center configuration and installation
  • Proven experience with Avaya JTAPI TSAPI DMCC Services Hands on experience and expert troubleshooting skills on devices applications.
