IT Service Transition Consultant/Specialist - 6 month - Remote/South West
*This role falls inside of IR35 and so will require you to work through an approved Umbrella Company*
VIQU are working on behalf of a customer that operates within the Utilities industry that has a requirement for an experienced Service Transition Specialist to join them on a contract basis. The role will require you to manage the processes involved in the transition process communicating affectively with operational and technical colleagues as well as maintain project documentation.
Due to the current situation the role will be remote but ability to travel to the South West of England would be preferable.
The ideal candidate will be available within 2-4 weeks and have previous experience in a similar role within the utilities sector but applications from other backgrounds are welcomed.
In terms of experience you must be able to demonstrate the below:
- Creation and execution of an end to end Service Transition process
- Ability to communicate the Service Transition Process to Senior Stakeholders
- Provide guidance on the Service Transition process to Design, Architects and Service Managers
- Identification, mitigation and reduction of Risks and Issues that might affect the project
- Management and documentation of Pre and Post Live Project responsibilities, actions and results
- ITIL V2 Manager/V3 Expert
- Agile
