Nintex Consultant/EngineerBrookwood is seeking a Nintex Consultant/Engineer on behalf of a public sector consultancy.
This is a fully remote role.
The day rate is £388.08 Inside IR35.
The initial duration is 4.5 months.
The Role:
As a Nintex Engineer, you will have a capability-focus, being purpose led, with strong customer facing experience who can interact with a product owner and end users to translate their existing SharePoint 2013 process into a compatible process for M365 using Nintex Online/Cloud in an Agile environment. You must be comfortable in a Scrum and collaborative setting. As part of an Agile Scrum Team, you will have responsibility for understanding user needs, working closely with partners to translate problems or requirements into workable forms/processes and defining acceptance criteria for those solutions.
The role will be highly customer focused with a responsibility for building highly collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships, supporting our clients scrum teams to achieve team goals. Analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills are core to the role. Understanding the customer experience and the ability to problem solve and switch gears quickly to match business demands is critical.
The role will be of critical importance to a project roll-out/deployment and the migration from Legacy environments of which SharePoint 2013 is the largest. There are a large number of Nintex workflows/forms within that environment that require analysis and designing of a migration approach for those workflows/forms. The will also be hands-on with the successful candidate leading the workflow migration activities with the migration engineers and assisting with any remediation activities. Due to the large volume of Nintex objects in the Legacy environment a centralised/templated approach will be required in order to facilitate the platform consolidation.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role for a high growth multinational digital business or tier 1 consultancy;
Experience of working on Agile development projects, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, designing user-focused digital systems.
Experience of delivering seamless employee experiences and emotionally engaging end-to-end user experiences;
Prior experience working for a Nintex Partner in the capacity as lead Nintex Workflow Expert;
Demonstrale experience with Nintex workflow, Nintex Cloud, Nintex Forms, PowerApps and Power Automate
Migration experience of complex Nintex workflows to Nintex Cloud and Power Automate
Experience in SharePoint Consultancy, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Business Process Automation and Business Solution Development experience to get maximum return on investment (ROI) for both SharePoint and Nintex.
Competent in gathering business requirements and translating them into business solutions
Experience using Nintex Workflows to automate business processes but to also implement complex data processing routines
Experience with PowerShell, JavaScript and developing custom functions in Nintex
Capture and document requirements to assist in the delivery of solutions to help meet client's business requirements
Demonstrable experience of leading on the design and development of complex Nintex and Power Automate workflows
Experience of Nintex Forms creation and development, including JavaScript development for Forms customization.
Holds one or more Nintex certifications including Nintex Certified Solutions Professional - O365, Certified Solutions Professional - SharePoint, Nintex Workflow Professional - O365.
Experience of using Nintex Hawkeye to help understand the size and scale of workflows, make informed decisions regarding deployment and migration of workflows
Ability to Capture and document requirements for assisting in the delivery of the solution to meet client's business requirements
Good customer facing skills, including the ability to troubleshoot, train, and assist the business with O365 and Nintex workflow related issues
