Description
Reply is currently in need of Service Architects with SC Clearance for a variety of projects with immediate starts! This will be to support a large delivery programme in full development and require fleshing out the TOM of their end-user services/systems
What we need from you:
- Must be ITIL certified
- Must hold active SC Clearance
- Must have strong service architecture and service transition experience
- Should have experience in in-sourcing third party services (eg: end-user compute) supporting service design, validation and testing.
- Planning and managing the capacity and resources required to manage service transitions
- Make recommendations on go-live, early-life support, and service acceptance
- Be responsible for ensuring that the acceptance criteria are understood by the wider IT operations
- Establishing and maintaining the integrity of service assets
- Providing efficient repeatable mechanisms for building, testing, and deploying services and releases
