Description
This is a fantastic freelance opportunity for a talented IT Server / System Engineer who possesses experience in the area of ??Microsoft and Linux server setup, configuration and troubleshooting, to undertake a new opportunity in The Hague area.It is offering a lucrative hourly rate and English speaking is essential.
Ideally you have EU Security Clearance.
The role will be fully remote for the foreseeable future.
Tech Stack:
- Know how to translate a High Level Design into an implementable infrastructure & operations design, including operations manual and handover to operations teams
- Active Directory including but not limited to DNS, inner working of AD, knowledge how to query the AD structure and verify the security settings per OU
- Windows 2012 and / or 2016 and / or 2019
- Linux server technology (RedHat v7, CentOS, Ubuntu Server)
- Basic networking including IP, NAT, load balancing
- LDAP troubleshooting and scripting
- Integration of monitoring into Microsoft SCOM
- Java based application servers (TomCat, JBoss etc)
- SharePoint including troubleshooting
