Joining a growing Data Science team based in central London for a leading international business in an award winning digital function. Changing the way consumers engage with products and services across the business.
Customer Insight/Actionable Data Insight
Responsibilities:
- Creation and delivery of customer data insight through to action - work that delivers significant, measureable customer and commercial benefit.
- Collaboration with business partners and team members to identify and articulate the real business problems to be solved.
- Identifying new and existing data sources and analytical techniques to generate best-in-class customer insight and understanding.
- Presenting data insight to senior business stakeholder
Experience:
- Knowledge in statistical tools covering SAS and database querying language SQL.
- Identifying new and existing data sources and analytical techniques to generate best-in-class customer insight and understanding.
- Comfortable working with varied data sources and data science techniques.
- Working with on and off-line data sources.
- Experience organising competitor data collection and reporting to the business units would be of benefit but is not essential
