Remote initially then London based
Project Manager to implement new initiatives across the IT team to implement new standards and governance approaches across the various teams including Business as usual and change.
Key tasks/Skills:
- Project planning
- Resource planning by orienting, assigning, scheduling team activities
- Status reporting
- Managing dependencies
- Managing risks and issues
- Communicating with members of the Technology Services team to deliver projects
- Identifying performance improvement opportunities
- Maintain quality records
- Resolve problems
Experience:
- Insurance background is a desirable
- Project Management/PMO experience
- Knowledge of waterfall, agile projects
- Knowledge of PM tools MS Project, Jira, Kanban and others
- Knowledge of best practices around project management/reporting
- Good communication and Stakeholder skills
