Technical Support (1st/2nd Line) - Windows&Mac
Technical Support Engineer required for a rolling contract, based in Oxford with remote options after the first few weeks.
You will be required to offer Windows and Mac support and troubleshooting skills to a 2nd line level, whilst having strong communication skills;
