Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of IT Support Technician, a 6-month contract for a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, inside of IR35 (through an umbrella company).
The daily rate for this role is £100 a day.
An IT/Admin Support person is required to help fulfil the obligations of our clients FMIS/Application Team. A variety of tasks are envisaged, but you should be capable of working at a level equivalent to a Business Administrator/Junior IT Support Technician
Experience required:
* First line System admin experience of finance and procurement systems.
* Experience of logging and maintaining calls through Service Now or another call handling system
* Experience in setting up and maintaining SFTP file transfer systems, ie Globalscape, FileZilla etc.
Desirable:
* Experience in Microsoft office, Outlook and Microsoft excel.
* Business Objects
