Service Management - Service Adoption - Domain Lead - Business Transformation - £/Day - 12-Months Rolling - 3 Years+ Programme

Our client is a leading financial institution based in Central London. We are looking for a domain lead/transformation lead to work on an information management programme, in the Digital Services Division, where you will be accountable for ensuring the programme deliverables continue to be aligned to the programme roadmap and achieve the desired goals.

This is a 12-month rolling contract, with the programme estimated to last 2-3 years. We can pay £ per day, inside IR35. Initially this role is remote working but you will be required to work in central London when government restrictions

This role sits within the digital services division, where you will be mobilising resources and will be accountable for engaging with and managing third party vendors and suppliers, managing service integration and service delivery. You will be working as a domain lead/transformation lead on various system implementations/transformations. The right candidate for this role will have good experience in service adoption, as you will be expected to leverage partner, domain and business relationships within the bank to maximise user adoption, supporting the programme in delivering successful business change. You must have the experience and gravitas to face off to the whole business, being able to manage senior stakeholders. You will be able to step back and analyse the business as a whole, identifying potential issues and areas which are not aligning to the business roadmap, and rectifying them and suggesting new solutions/changes in approach.

Experience required:

  • Strong experience in service delivery, service management and service adoption
  • Previous experience working on/delivering IT system implementations, upgrades and digital transformations, with a focus on introducing new processes and transitioning an organisation into new ways of working
  • Strong understanding of gathering business requirements
  • Prior experience with partner/vendor selection
  • A background in financial services/banking
  • Good experience with agile
  • Experience managing third party vendors, ideally having worked for a consultancy
  • ITIL certified
  • SC Clearance desirable but not essential, but candidates must be prepared to go through this process.
