Our Global consultancy client are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to start ASAP

  • Should be able to guide and coach the team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver the project and services to customer.
  • Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
  • Followed the agile methodology and SCRUM framework for deliverables in my lastproject.
  • Should be able to coach the Scrum team in the organization, cross-functional skill set, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally whilst working within the Scrum team.
  • Should work well with the team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
  • Works well with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters and to contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.

    • The job holder must have:

  • Experinence of working with Utilities based clients
  • Superior analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional service orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to work in a challenging work environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to present ideas and concepts in business- and user-friendly language
