Collections & Recoveries Analyst - 6 months initially - Manchester
We are looking for Collections & Recoveries Analysts/Advisors to work on Mortgages (primarily) and Car Lending Business finance theamed assignments.
The Collections & Recoveries Analysts will all be inducted and started remotely with an expectation that as lockdown eases time in the office will be required, especially from an ongoing training and competency basis. The Collections & Recoveries Analysts will have recent Collections experience, ideally banking, motor lending, mortgages but the client may also consider wider regulated environments.
Key Exeprenicne:
- Treating customer fairly (TCF)
- Working with vulnerable customers
- Knowledge of financial regulation in areas such as forbearance, conduct risk and complaints handling.
- Third party action/exposure (ie solicitors for court proceedings, sale or auction of property if mortgages)
