Service Transition Manager - Long term contract
Remote Working - Day rate to £550
We are specifically looking for someone who has recently worked on a large scale Technology led Transformation Programme - ERP, CRM etc. Someone who has also worked for a large organisation, ideally within Facilities/Engineering (an organisation that has a mobile workforce).
This role will see you responsible for designing and implementing the hypercare solution for the Transformation programme currently being undertaken - Transition to the BAU Service Management Team

Duties include: Design the method for end users including suppliers, clients and employees to access a helpdesk for support - Engaging with the helpdesk to update scripts to route the requests to the right support teams - Ensuring appropriate "How to Guides" are available.
Ensuring there are superusers/business champions ready to 'floor walk' and support impacted user groups.
Provide reporting on service desk incidents raised including problems - Work with support teams to resolve the incidents/problems.
Ensure appropriate SLAs for resolution of service desk incidents during hypercare period.
