Service Desk Analyst, Swindon, 3-month contract, up to £130 pd
For my prestigious Client I am seeking an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst with outstanding communication skills and "can-do" attitude to join the team based in Swindon on a contract basis with the initial duration of 3 months. You will be expected to provide support to the company's staff and ensure operating systems and software are maintained at an appropriate level and upgrades.
Essential requirements for the role:
- Strong IT desktop support experience within dynamic and technical environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System
- Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook 2016
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (2010 & 2016)
- Experience of working with Citrix XenApp Server
- Experience of working with VMWare VDI
- Experience of working with various telephony solutions including SIP & VOIP
- Experience of working with Windows 2008, 2012 and 2019 Server operating systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory (User creation/deletion, password resets etc.)
- Some experience of Local Area Networking, Ethernet and TCP/IP.
