Next Ventures seeks an experienced Camunda BPM Architect to spearhead an important BPM project in Insurance.
( The resource can be based out of anywhere in EU/UK ) It'll be completely remote work

- Camunda Architect with 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years with BPM and 2-3 years of comprehensive experience on Camunda platform.
- Ability to sphere head a Camunda project from Requirements to Go-Live, which requires business focused understanding of process problem, process definitions, automations and improvements and Non Functional Requirements.
- Good grip to handle Performance, Scalability, Vulnerability, Security, Data management, Archival, Release management of the application.
- Preferred to have understanding on Dev-Ops and Cloud and Containerization
- Team player, Client Facing, ability to manage output from offshore team with ownership
- Client Facing with good assertive communication skills, will be liaising with EAs, UI Team, Integration Team, Dev-Ops Teams, Business SMEs, Delivery Leads with effective articulation, documentation and time management
