Job Title: Content Analyst
Location: London
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Content Audit & Strategy:
- Catalogue, understand & internalise content of existing Intranet sites
- Run a review process to determine page transition/migration, consolidation, refresh or retirement options with key stakeholders and multiple authors
- Identify content localisation requirements & support localisation and regional/national level
- Develop futureproof content strategy (spanning site/page and navigation consolidation strategies, search/tagging strategy, inform information architecture requirements, etc.)
- Establish and document a clear content creation, clean-up, migration, governance processes, establish an editorial team and key workflows to support it
- Content Management, Development & Migration:
- Establish and maintain an editorial calendar for both short-term and long-term content plans
- Identify asks for creation of new content and support the creation process with internal/client resources
- Definition, production, oversight and testing of required layouts and templates to deliver the required information/pages
- Produce or manage co-authoring of required articles
- Collaborate with design team to create graphics/templates to compliment key articles
- Edit, and publish content in a variety of media formats including blog posts, social media posts, infographics, and videos.
- Facilitate the population of sites with content for a larger team of authors/content owners
- Manage migration of content from Legacy sites onto the target site and Legacy site decomissioning
- Agree and detail analytics requirements within technology constraints
- Agree content performance reporting process
Other:
- The role will be supported by a mix of Client resources a will need to be comfortable in managing a diverse stakeholder and content author landscape
- Training support for content editors - Produce Author & Admin Support materials
- Set up continuous content migration & improvement process
Experience required: 6 to 10 years
Duration of the Assignment: 6 months
