Technical Support Engineer - Contract
A Biotech Company based in Milton Keynes are working with the government in supporting with COVID-19. They are looking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer on a contract basis to join their busy IT Support Team.
*Please note this role requires a 12-day shift rota, working 7 days out of each 12 days. Shift times will be either 06:00 to 14:30 or 11:30 to 22:00. More likely to be heavily based towards the late shift.
The key experience and knowledge required for this role includes:
- Strong knowledge of Hybrid cloud/on-prem Active Directory administration, Azure sync, and managing distribution lists, security groups and mailboxes across the hybrid enterprise.
- In-depth knowledge of OUs and working with Group Policy.
- Experience of writing PowerShell scripts.
- Strong knowledge and experience in MS Office 365, including strong skills in Excel.
- Basic working knowledge of installation and administration of Windows Server 2019.
- Long experience and in-depth knowledge of Windows 10 configuration.
- Sound experience in PC/laptop physical hardware set-up and maintenance.
